Better brewing

I’m probably not going to order that sensor in time for brewing, because I really want too get rolling on that. Other things I could do on the quick have been interesting me. Even if boy on the quick, they wouldn’t be invasive enough to require to be hooked up day one.
Foremost, I’m pretty sure I have a few temperature sensors now, I should probably get more. Ideally three on the jug: bottom, middle, and top. In a perfect world, it would be nine so I could also compare three sides of the jug, but I think stratification is a good start. If I start with just stratification, that still help me see if there’s value in more or less sensors. Also, a spare to measure non-jug temperature.
A BAC sensor would be dope as well. Comparing gaseous alcohol concentrations to hydrometer readings could add a lot of data. I also think it’d be great fun verifying the accuracy before and after suspension in the jug.
I think I’ll put together a shopping list and start ordering, like I said, not in time for brewday, but as happy additions.
