I wonder if I could up my fantasy football (and other sports) just by processing Twitter feeds. Especially given only 140 characters, it shouldn’t be too hard to go through all 32 had offices and fifty odd players. Probably start by looking for similar hash-tags and then compare with their fantasy scoring.
To clarify: I don’t believe this is a unique idea. I’m sure someone else has already done it. I’m sure someone else’s results will surpass my own.
